Veyr high quality clothes, attractively laid out in a well lit spacious store. The staff were polite, helpful, available without being pushy. The sale has very significant discounts, up to 50%, 60%, though it might be a stretch to call £400 blazers "a bargain". The changing rooms are nicely spacious but not quite so well lit. The checkout assistant seemed very genuine and helpful. My newly purchased coat was hung in a suit bag to protect it, before putting it in the cardboard shopping bag. I appreciated the care and service. They even came to the door and held it for me to exit smoothly - understated, elegant service. Note that I think most clothes didn't go above a 14-16, which is a shame when half the women in the country will be that size or bigger.
