The manager Keith and Natasha were such a great help with helping me find my perfect sizes and also went above and beyond the call of duty. Couldn't ask for a better experience.    The staff at R&B Beak St store are absolute legends (Jonas and Keith in particular). Throughout the pandemic and various lockdowns they helped me with different items, fits, sizes, virtual tours and they showed abundance of patience when I couldn’t decide! They are always very approachable and friendly and will do everything they can to help customers. Thanks to the impeccable service, this is the only R&B shop I’ve gone to in the last 2 and a half years. The team is always very professional and I look forward to going back to the store. It’s such a refreshing experience to find such a lovely and helpful team. R&B clothes are great, and I love the fit, but with Jonas’ help I found few things I would have never thought of getting otherwise. The store itself is spacious and it is very well stocked which just adds to the store recommendation. I can’t rate the store high enough!

   My experience shopping at R&B, was nothing short of a five (5) star experience. As soon as you enter the store, you are met with helpful staff, along with all the health and safety measures set by the government in order to create a pleasurable shopping experience for customers. environment to shop. The staff were just exceptional. Fully trained, professional and attentive, without any pressure to purchase. I purchase two denim jackets and the quality has surpassed all my expectation. Highly recommend for people to visit the store as the experience was first rate from all aspects regarding their products and customer service.
