   I had such a wonderful experience at urban yesterday and what made it so wonderful was meeting this girl who worked there who’s name is Sayuni as she really helped me out to find some new clothes for my boyfriend for Christmas as she was in the men’s section. She has such a bubbly personality and I felt she really gave such positive vibes to the place because of her energy and made it so much easier to pick out the clothes!

   It was quite busy and a bit hectic on a Sunday. However, I spoke with a lovely worker named Sayuni, who was incredibly helpful. She guided me in choosing the right items for my son and even helped me find things that were in stock. She was so sweet, patient, and truly made the experience much better!

   I have visited this branch Friday evening and it was very busy. All the staff was very helpful especially Chelsea. She was Absolutely amazing. I was looking some ideas to buy clothes fory daughter and she gave me some ideas. She also found the size I was looking from the stock room. This was a such a positive experience and I will definitely go there more often.

   Visited this branch on a busy Saturday afternoon where I received the most professional service from a member of staff called Khalem. He looked after my every need first by showing me to the item I was looking for, then alternatives and finally processed my payment. I've never received better service in this store before.

   I placed an order for pickup and was notified it was ready. When i went to collect it, the staff member I interacted with was dismissive and unhelpful. After being asked to write down my information, the employee checked and claimed they dont have it. Another staff member confirmed it wasn’t in the back and offered no assistance. they then asked if I sent it elsewhere I said no but if they could check just in case, they bluntly refused. i later discovered the entire order had been cancelled, (lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the staff) still waiting for my refund.

   Cool shop, terrible staff. First of all i was walking around the store (which i expected to be busy since this is London) and i get pushed by this tall girl with curly hair who turned out to be a member of staff. Then when i’m at the checkout, i show my rewards app to the girl working and she nods at me, then she makes me pay and i remind her of the app and she gives me a dirty look with this passive aggressive smile just to get me to leave (mind you there was no line behind me). The clothes are already overpriced so the staff could at least not be disgusting and rude to customers.

   Huge store. The only down side to this one is that the clothes are everywhere and sizes are often wrong on the hanger. Make sure you check before you buy. Would also benefit from having more people on the till on weekends.

   Half of the clothes are on the floor, and the shop is filthy, so the clothes would end up getting dusty. I understand that it could be customers at fault for them being on the floor but it was genuinely over half of the clothes in some sections. Makes you wonder when you buy something from a shop if it’s spring most of it’s life on the floor collecting dust. The shop 100% needs a deep clean

   I literally loved this shop! It has such a nice vibe! It’s got four floors and there’s big discounts too! The Mens section is also quite big on the bottom floor.
