   I came in to return a bag that had broken, and even though it was outside the return period, the staff were incredibly sympathetic and helpful. They arranged an exchange on the spot. The store is always tidy, well-organised, and offers a great range of products. Highly recommend a visit!

   My daughters both got their ears pierced at the Angel Accessorize store today. The manager who pierced there ears was great. He joked and made them feel comfortable. My youngest was extremely nervous but ended up really happy with the experience. Thank you.

   Excellent, wide range of products, everything was very neat and well stocked. It must be hard to keep it tidy but the lines were lap immaculate. Lots of beachwear, sandals, floaty tops, as well as jewellery and bags. The service as I was browsing was over solicitous, but it was clear the staff cared about their shop, the new product ranges, their customers. There were some very cute young customers and the staff were very engaging and helpful to them, not dismissive or patronising at all. My checkout experience was seamless. The clothes and jewellery are quite expensive for what they are, but it's a lovely shop to have a browse around - do pop downstairs and checkout the clothing there, particularly wide girls' clothing range.

   i like the store, they have cute things, and the staff are friendly except for the man with grey hair who seems to be a bit racist (and has been to me) so i tend to avoid the store when he’s there (which unfortunately is a lot of the time)

   I love shopping here…. However, the last couple of times I have stepped in, the man behind the counter with greyish hair and earrings has been quite dismissive of questions being asked. Normal questions of returns/exchanges etc. Its sort of like he’s angry to answer simple questions. No smile, no basic customer service, just quick, sharp responses.

   As soon as I stepped in the floor staff (namely a rather large blue eyed man) was on my case following me around EVERY TURN I MADE. There were many other people coming and going but I was the only person of obvious colour. The bag that I chose had a blatant scratch on two sections of the bag, the second one of the exact same kind was stitched in a way that made the bag lop-sided twisting diagonally. I asked if they had another which they were reluctant to check for but when they did, I was told the last remaining bag was also twisted diagonally. I was also told that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with the bags despite the man already admitting that the last three remaining bags were in some way affected in a way that is not part of the intended design. He was extremely rude, abrupt and in addition to the selling of faulty products and bias harassment brought the whole vibe of shopping at Monsoon/Accessorize to a very poor experience. No thanks.

   Great 70% off sale lovely store upstairs Acessorize and downstairs is Monsoon. Staff are good too.. Returns and refunds done no questions asked as long as you have your receipt even sale items can be return in 14 days
