   I love this store. It’s 5 mins round the corner and the ladies in the store are always so kind and complementary. I love walking up to the station and seeing the new close in store. I’ve had so many compliments on the items I have bought from this store!!! Love this shop

   Really cute stuff, however the customer service could use a little polish. I've been in there 3x and the gal with the glasses and curly long brown hair is always less than pleasant. I felt so uncomfortable last time I ended up leaving after 5 minutes. Bad vibes. Can't blame it on a one time issue and she's always been that way. Will only return if she's not there.

   I am giving this boutique a low rating as although the clothes are nice the customer service is thoughtless. After telling the assistant I was just looking she said ‘yes, we’ve got some lovely things, you may see something for your niece, or someone.’ As you can imagine I took this to mean that the clothes weren’t suitable for me. Perhaps this wasn’t meant intentionally but just an unnecessary remark. I left not buying anything..for my niece, or myself!

   If I would be able to give less star, I would. Don't buy anything from there. Because you can't get refund, if you don't have receipt, but they remember that you bought the item from there, they change it. They only think about selling, after selling, they don't care about customers thought.
