   Use to shop here, haven't been in over a year. What's gone wrong? Shop smelt moldy and damp. Was glad I was wearing a mask. Clothing was overpriced, with that smell looming. I made a quick exit, needs some work. Won't be visiting anytime soon.

   What a terrible shopping experience in a small cramped shop based on the frontline of brixton. A short blonde woman who worked in store was hostile and laughing at customers alongside her co workers, they also sell faulty items that they refuse to give refunds on which is against the law. I advise people to stay away from this shop.

   A terrible place to shop. Customers service is 0! You actually regret having entered that shop: There are only two people in store who are pretty much useless, lazy and with a terrible attitude.Forget about getting help: They just want your money and they will rush you to shop and they close earlier than what they advertise . You can't try the clothes cause they won't allow you to do it and there is no refund in case clothes don't fit. There is one lady that is very rude with customers and racist. I had a terrible hurtful experience and I know many people who have experienced the same so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I will never go again. Hopefully they will take feedback into consideration and improve their training in costumer experience, satisfaction and costumer service! I suggest more respectfull and polite people who would come to work to actually work, with a better attitude and who would value their costumers instead of disrespect them with racist slurs and pressures which in 2021 is unacceptable and embarrassing. I am ready to sue the company if it happens again. And please let your costumers try clothes on without rushing them to buy especially if you know you don't do refund. Your closing hours on the Internet also should be looked at as it also not reflecting the truth : they close earlier! P. S a customer should go out happy and willing to come to shop again not annoyed and mistreate.

   DO NOT SHOP HERE. I had an awful experience at this store and highly recommend avoiding this shop. I purchased a dress two weeks ago without trying it on In the store as I was in a big rush. When I got home, I put on the dress to find that the zip was broken. There were some slight marks on the dress which I accepted a slight discount for. I took the dress back today to exchange for another item to be humiliated by the extremely rude gentlemen at the counter. He refused to believe that I had not deliberately broken the zip and argued with me at a high volume in front of a number of other customers. He then proceeded to request the other store assistant bring over the entire stock of dresses to prove to me that I had in fact broken the dress and there was nothing wrong with its quality. Extremely embarrassed and taken aback, I decided to leave the dress and depart the store without any exchange or refund. The clothes within this store are EXTREMELY poor quality, you are better off foregoing the low cost and going for greater quality. Overall, a terrible experience and I have recommended all of my friends to stay away entirely.
