   Really tight space and door to get my wheelchair round. Confusing pricing on handbag and strap both priced individually but displayed together. Gave impression they were 1 item but were in fact 2 making it very expensive

   I have just discovered this shop, thanks to a Facebook ad. My first order arrived this morning and it wasn't a disappointment. The box with the clothes in was sturdy, undamaged and then inside it was a delight. Beautifully wrapped clothes, with thoughtful phrases on the box. The clothes themselves were perfect, accurately described and true to size. I love them. Thank you so much for making online shopping a joy and for making me feel special/valued. A far better customer experience than the usual big brand, faceless online shopping.
