   While service is normally excelent todays was a disapointment. Came in for a meal and drink on my birthday and wedding anniversary. While my wife's food and drink was fine the food and drink served to me was not the normal good standard. The fish on the fish and chips was overcooked and the pint of Jaipur was cloudy. The pint was replaced however that one was still not clear as it normally is. The food was not returned as I refused to eat on my own if it was replaced so therefore put up with the overcooked fish. They normally are great service and food but this time they let themselves down. It was not busy as we came in at 9-30pm.

   I’ve been here on many occasions but again recently for the first time in a while. Generally calm atmosphere. Nice food. Friendly helpful staff. I had a breakfast/brunch with a difference and some added extras. Unlimited coffee refills and of course, shots! Very reasonably priced.

   If only in need of a bit of a refurb then food is always great. The staff are always friendly and the pub is always busy no matter what time of the day. 2 pizzas, basket of chicken, 3 chips and an all day breakfast with 4 drinks for £25 is the best value you are gonna get anywhere

   Pleasant meal in a nice pub, friendly staff and served quickly. Good prices and choices. Quiet quiet for a Friday night too. Plenty of seating.

   Absolutely freezing cold again. Management say they have no control of the air con. People eating in hats and scarves once again. If you are planning to eat here at this time of year bring warm clothes. Terrible.

   This is another excellent JD Wetherspoon. The service was first rate. The beer, wine, cider and spirits selection is excellent. The food is good value pub food It represents great value. It was clean and well presented with care taken to ensure that customers were happy with the order that they received.

   Well i think the chef had a bad day..black toast(which we sent back and had no apology for)but if we hadnt have just come back from holiday we would have sent it all back..rubber eggs luke warm sausages..basically terrible meal.. definately not the usual wetherspoon standard!!!
