“Visited today for a family gathering. Booked table for 10. Table decorated for Christmas with crackers and party poppers great touch for our family celebration. Allof us had a carvery. Food was hot and very tasty. We didn't have a particular waitress or waiter but the lad who cleared our table was polite and friendly. He even offered to take a family photo. Definitely recommend this pub.”

“Me and my wife called here yesterday and was just in time before they stopped lunch orders, we ordered gammon and the wife had scampi, we also ordered onion rings and we couldn't finish everything, it all came out piping hot and delicious, fresh chips too, none of those frozen ones here! We were super happy we could bring our dog inside too, such a great welcoming atmosphere, lovely food, this place is bang on! I'm looking forward to next time as I want to try the fish and chips, see ya soon folks!”

“we come here after we visit kinver edge for a drink and a meal. this place is very nice, there’s seating outside when the weather is nice, they have a nice size carpark, drinks and food is lovely, especially the fish and chips, my family have the sunday roast and they love it, they keep nagging me to take them again considering we live in birmingham. friendly staff and great service. oh and the chips were delicious.”

“Weve just had our family festive xmas meal at the Wernley, lovely pub, usually warm but heating was broke but just warm enough not to be uncomfortable. (Hope they get it fixed soon). Friendly staff, very helpful with taking our various payments for our meal, taxi number etc. The food was excellent for the price of under £19 for 3 courses with crackers!! The only thing that was negative was a large party of young adults with young kids & toddlers running around, screaming, crying etc no parental control whatsoever but not the pubs fault i suppose.”
