“Fabulous food... So good I've forgot to take a picture of the steak main meal I had! Service was wonderful with us being asked if we wanted drinks when they saw glasses empty....”
“I can’t believe I have almost lived in Kiddy for two years & yet hadn’t tried this place until today! I’m so glad I did! We had a korma, butter chicken, garlic naan & rice. Everything was delicious! We didn’t have to wait too long & it arrived hot! I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite - and personally I found the portion sizes perfect, especially for such brilliant prices! We also got a Negroni & White Russian. The food menu is impressive but the cocktail menu is crazy! The interior design is also very groovy, I’m a big fan. I’m already planning my next visit! P.S they do delivery too!”
“Good choice on menu. Very helpful and attentive staff, very friendly made you feel welcome. Food well presented and tasty along with a good drinks selection. Good value.”
“I would highly recommend this hair salon, lovely setting, beauty and hair services and added bonus of a bar for a drink Lovely staff too.”
“Excellent range of quality world beers, I enjoyed a few Belgian ales and not your run of the mill stuff. The owner is very knowledgeable and a nice guy. A little pricey but as you'd expect. Well worth a visit if you're into something a little different.”
“Beautiful atmosphere. Top quality banter with management and bar staff mixed with the best selection of craft beer in Kidderminster and bar snacks with hot sauce is uniquely pleasurable.”
“Great pub amazing selection of cider and real ales and massive cobs with salad”
“A real gem of a pub within easy walking distance to Kidderminster train station. The pub does have a small car park and there is also parking available in the street. Inside the pub has a cosy bar at front with plenty of tables and also a separate restaurant area. There is a lovely long beer garden at rear with plenty of tables and seating. The food menu and specials board had lots of choice and is very reasonably priced. Good choice of real ales, beers and wines. Food quality was superb and tasty. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.”
“Great pub with a vast range of beers on offer. Live music too which is great.”
“We have just returned from a lovely evening at The Swan. We were a large group of 18 people but this presented no problems for the team and food was brought out all together and each meal was tasty, well presented and piping hot. Service was also friendly, efficient and full of smiles. We always recommend The Swan to people but the team really went the extra mile tonight with our large group. Thank you!”
“Lovely home cooked carvery. Amazing homemade baileys cheesecake. Friendly staff..booking essential for carvery”
“Proper country pub, good beer (Bathams) food is only pork pies and cobs but they were excellent”
“Excellent micro pub. Impressive selection of their own brewed beers and guest ales. Huge real ale selection and some craft keg beers. Service was very efficient as was very busy when I visited due to the Kidderminster Halesowen match.”
“Fantastic pub, lovely staff. The Atmosphere here was lovely. A dog friendly pub, which you don't see very often. 3 dogs came up to sit next to me, which I thought was lovely. All in all, Awesome, for a proper pub in the heart of Worcestershire. You have to visit it That's why I'm proud of being, as they say a Shropshire lad, well I'm from Far Forest which is on the boundary line that goes in to Shropshire but I'm a Worcestershire lad, born and bred. Thanks all of you at the Bull Head, Cookley. Nige from Kidderminster”
“Really nice friendly pub and excellent beer. See you again soon.”
“A really lovely pub with a great atmosphere. There are a few different rooms to choose where to sit and a huge garden with plenty of benches to sit at. It's a Bathams pub but they serve other beers, lagers and ciders too. They offer a range of cobs, pork pies, sausage rolls and pasties all of which are great. Definitely worth a visit.”
“Been here in the summer regularly and its a great spot with great beer but popped on a cold friday evening , sat by the fire with an absolutely delicious pint 10/10”
“Great pub, keep the riff raff out so normal people can enjoy the night. Well managed over this busy weekend”
“We attended my grandsons 1st birthday party there . The room was a great venue to hold such an event , there was a small soft play area for toddlers and babies with plenty of seating for parents . We brought a play tunnel and tent to add to the equipment and we decorated the venue with balloons and added themed touches around the room . The bar was well stocked and the service was friendly . We provided our own buffet style food for the guests and they brought their own drinks , so we can't comment on the pubs own food. The pub is not far from surrounding towns and a nice drive out . A great venue to hold a private event or to just pop in for a drink or two .”
“Great place for a game of pool or darts. Reasonably priced and tables always available”
“Always a great atmosphere before watching the mighty Harriers! Great selection of beers & snacks!”
“Took kids here last night as it’s close to us, met by four of the most polite, helpful & friendly waitresses I’ve ever met they are a credit to the white hart followed by amazing food said by all six of us. Huge puddings and a reasonable bill. Hidden Gem here want to go back again today already. Well done”

“A great local with friendly staff and lovely pub grub. Whether you just want a pint or food Ollie, Josh and the team always make you feel welcome! Always our choice for family get togethers whether its birthdays or Christmas.”
“Popped in for lunch with a friend. We hadn't booked but we were seated straight away. A great menu with plenty of choice. Food was served quickly and was very tasty. Its definitely worth a visit.”
“The food is so beautiful and rather filling too. We went for the lunchtime deal (2 courses for £15). Really tasty, very well presented and great service. Please note that they will charge a service charge too so be prepared to pay a little extra.”
“Here's a 5-star review based on your input: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was blown away by the incredible food at The Cavalier! Unlike many pubs in the UK where meals often feel preheated, the burger here was an absolute delight—juicy, flavorful, and bursting with taste. Every bite was a treat, and the quality was top-notch. The atmosphere was warm, the service spot-on, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving a delicious, freshly made meal! #BurgerHeaven”
“A perfect 'step back in time'. With a little imagination. Great use of the railway building which, like plenty of others, could have been left deteriorating on the spot. This one is aided of course by the wonderful Severn Valley Railway that runs a valued timetable to Bridgenorth with sometimes steam engines and preserved railway carriages. The pub is fitted to match the surroundings and is also outside the current Midlands services from Birmingham and Worcester. I had a very good pint of Bewdley Brewery, Worcestershire Way and a cheese and onion cob. Local real ales available and the pub is Good Beer Guide listed for 2025. Well worth a stop off. Cheers.”
“Brilliant place! We went with our family after a day out at the safari park. We had a good range of ages in our group and needed somewhere that catered for us all. Three Crowns and Sugar Loaf was THE PLACE!! All the team in the venue were brilliant, really professional and efficient. We were happy with the extensive menu - it is impossible to not be able to find anything you like - they cater for every taste. The car parking is good, easy access, plenty of seating - inside and outside and the food was good. Everybody enjoyed and if we are ever in Kidderminster again we will visit. Thank you for making a family day end on a high!”
“The establishment provided excellent service and delivered quality pub fare. The mixed grill, featuring a medium-rare steak, was well-received. The tikka masala was satisfactory. Overall, the experience was positive, with reasonable pricing and enjoyable food, including a carvery that was particularly appreciated.”
