   Wonderful, efficient, professional table service from Katie and Charlotte. Bar staff fast, efficient and polite. Food was hot and well presented. A bit under seasoned but value for money with 40% discount voucher. A bit noisy, but the christmas decorations really set the atmosphere. All in all, a good rare alternative to cooking at home!

   We come here at least once a month. I'm a carer for a lady of 94 years old we both find it very nice food and Kelly is one of our favourite waitress always got time to chat. Always smiling nothing too much trouble for our comfortable lunch day out

   Brilliant place! We went with our family after a day out at the safari park. We had a good range of ages in our group and needed somewhere that catered for us all. Three Crowns and Sugar Loaf was THE PLACE!! All the team in the venue were brilliant, really professional and efficient. We were happy with the extensive menu - it is impossible to not be able to find anything you like - they cater for every taste. The car parking is good, easy access, plenty of seating - inside and outside and the food was good. Everybody enjoyed and if we are ever in Kidderminster again we will visit. Thank you for making a family day end on a high!

   Great food and atmosphere, the burgers are too notch. Table service is done via app or at the bar. Plenty of entertainment be it sports tv or bingo. Prices are very reasonable too.

   Had a lovely meal here last week. Table was reserved like we had asked for. The nachos, prawn cocktail and garlic mushrooms were lovely. Only shame was that we needed proper butter with bread not light butter. I enjoyed my lunch bbq chicken baguette others enjoyed their mega mixed grills. Children loved their chicken dippers and garlic bread etc. Dessert was a hit too with children brownies and ice cream etc.

   As regulars here , we highly recommend it. We are always welcomed in a friendly Manor and recieve great customer service, a relaxed atmosphere for my elderly mum and many people with learning disabilities I support , they are all spoken to and included in conversation with staff and other regulars, we have always had great meals here ,but feel they are approachable if we ever did have a issue , they value their regulars .
