    I visited this shop a few weeks ago, in search for a dress I needed for an event. Upon arrival, there was a very arrogant lady behind the counter who stated she was the manager and that she’s in charge when I asked her about her questionable behaviour. She was on a call the whole time I was browsing, arguing in rude Bengali words to someone over the phone. Shockingly, I even witnessed her shouting very rudely at one of her co workers which was a surprise as there were many customers in the shop. Whilst asking her about a dress, she gave me dirty looks as she had to get off the phone to talk to me and looked uninterested. She seemed to judge what I wanted to wear as she kept making snide and rude comments.

    I'd prefer if the staff weren't following me around. This is just so annoying! In EVERY ASIAN STORES, all the female staff has nothing better to do than to creepily follow customers around. I understand they are trying to make sure if the customer needs any help they are more than happy to offer, also to make sure customers aren't stealing secretly (this happens. Happened so many times and the thieves are mainly Romanian gypsies dressed modetly) I just can't shop in peace. This following me around..creeping behind me makes me feel uncomfortable. I can't shop in peace. I went to Mahir for an Abaya I saw last time I came here. It was out of stock and left empty handed!

    Honestly a superb Customer service by the Sisters. Has to be one of the best Asian Clothes shop in Whitechapel. I am not saying that because of the discount me and my wife got today. Its because of the quality of the clothes they had today. We will be shopping in Mahir more often compare to any other shop they beat them with customer focus. Very welcoming.
