    Today’s customer service experience at Abru Classic in the Cavell Street branch was terrible. The cashier, who appeared overwhelmed and inattentive, was uninterested in customers’ needs. She refused to provide her name when asked and did not apologise for her behaviour although another member of staff did on her behalf. The cashier’s attitude was arrogant and unprofessional dismissing customers with a sense of entitlement. I informed her that her conduct was inappropriate and that if she continued to treat customers in this manner she would lose her business. I was about to leave without making a purchase, but the intervention of another member of staff prevented this. The dress I was considering cost £95 but the cashier showed no concern whatsoever. It is evident that this employee requires training in customer service skills and a more positive attitude towards customers.

    I am so disappointed at all abru branch's. i wont be shop their. before they were very diverse with their size range going up to XXL but now they barely even stock XL. And when you ask stuff for help they alway brush you off or give attitude

    The worse customer service ever, typical of bengali shops around here, no kind behaviour. Went to change a faulty dress which the stones fell out! They accepted no fault and humiliated me instead! Sabr is the best way, no point arguing with these inhumane 'people's.

    Complete mugs, shops dirty, manager is totally stupid ran away from us when we asked about one of the dresses, staffs were very rude too. Wouldn't trust them at all, do not shop there. Absolutely a horrible experience
