   I strongly advise against using MSD Solicitors for immigration matters. Our experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor and inconsistent - long periods went by without any response, and we were left in the dark about the status of our application. Important facts were misrepresented in our draft visa application, including language of communication and travel history, despite us providing clear instructions and evidence. We were charged £750 for nearly no substantive work, and their advice was sometimes misleading, even contradicting the evidence we provided. Documents were requested late, guidance was generic, and deadlines were ignored, causing unnecessary stress and delay. This firm prioritizes taking money over properly supporting clients. Their service caused significant anxiety and wasted valuable time. I cannot recommend MSD Solicitors under any circumstances.
