   One of my favourite shops in London, a beautifully curated selection of unique jewellery and clothes. I also recently experienced first class customer service when a pair earrings broke almost 2 years after purchasing. The store got in touch with the jewellery company directly who sent replacement hooks and they mended them free of charge. This is one of the many reasons why we should shop small. You wouldn't experience such great customer service at any major store. It really does feel as though they care about the sustainabilty of the products they sell.
