   Highly recommended! We went with my daughter to find a party dress, and the experience was fantastic. The lady who helped us was incredibly kind and attentive, she really took the time to recommend styles and made sure my daughter felt comfortable during the fitting. She even suggested the perfect dress, and we couldn’t be happier. The shop has a great selection, affordable prices, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

   Very rude and disgusting attitude. At a time when my daughter is full of hopes and dreams about her upcoming prom, the owner of this shop was very abrasive and dismissive from the very start, when my daughter asked to try on a dress that she loved she was told they did not have her size, also told her unless she was buying today she needs to leave the shop and they would not allow her to try any dresses on, my daughter left the shop in tears and disillusioned wondering what she had done wrong to have warranted so much hate. We attended another shop on the same road and were treated wonderfully, given advice on which dress would fit her body type and just general understanding of how much of a special time this is in a young teenage girl’s life. Beverly Hills Evita London are bullies and have a lot to learn. Even though we found a dress that my daughter likes I would never hand over any money to this disgusting business.

   My daughter visited this shop today to look for a prom dress. The lady there asked her what size she was and, when my daughter said she was a size 12, the lady replied "oh, thats quite big"!!! What a thing to say to an impressionable 16 year old girl - and so rude!! A size 12, quite big?!!! I don't think so. I think a lesson in how to serve customers is needed. Remember #BeNice. Needless to say, she left without making a purchase!
