Placed a couple of orders online, no dispatch for 7 days then they cancelled both my orders, Wouldn't recommend Asics Outlet

Shame I didn't like much in there, nor the price tags considering it's an discount outlet village....so went and bought some Converse instead ! Much better bargain.

Terrible experience, the staff are woeful. I tried to purchase socks, but there were no prices anywhere so I asked a member of staff who said "uh yeh, the prices kept falling off... They might £7 or £9... I'm not sure" she then just walked off to stand in the corner again. I browsed and picked up two pairs to go check the price at the till and stood in one of the 2 queues. The guy infront had just paid so stepped forward and the staff member behind the till stops me and shouts the guy from the other queue to go in front of me... Honestly, that was the last straw. I've spent hundreds in this shop before because I liked the products but I've never had any decent customer service experience, I'm done with this brand if that's how they continue to run their shops.

Matt was very helpful and advised what running shoes would be best for me from the large selection on offet. Went for the Gel Nimbus 26. Good price and great shop and service. Recommended.

Great sports shop with a good range of footwear and running clothes.

Decent selection of slightly older shoe models, at slightly better prices. Worth checking out if you don't need/want the latest models.

The young man that helped us was amazing even though we came in and out of the shop twice and tried on multiple trainers he was keen to help out.

The service was poor, I buy alot of trainers from Asics for the gym, netball and teaching, so was looking to buy around 5 pairs. Those working, on the day I visited, were more interested in a night out than assisting the people trying to shop. I helped myself to boxes but several customers just left. I managed to buy a couple of pairs for the gym, but sadly there was a lack of variety and no netball trainers to choose from. Whilst paying, the girl who served spoke only to ask if I wanted a bag, she definitely wasn't bothered if I bought or didn't.
