A great pub hidden away, surrounded by nature reserve. The place was nice and quiet and the service was great. The outdoor space was a bit overgrown which made sitting outside a bit difficult, but there is plenty of seating inside.
On Father's Day, we went to the Saltwells Inn. Since we hadn't made a reservation, we chose to sit in the beer garden. The staff were exceptional; we were served quickly and received our drinks without delay. The food arrived promptly, and the portions were generous and delicious. I forgot to order my son's meal, but the staff quickly addressed this and got his meal out as soon as possible. We all left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.
We visited the saltwells recently and was amazed by how cheap it was. The portions are huge, a kids meal would fill an adult! Lots of parking. Specials board is brilliant and the pub is lovely and clean.
It's a well stocked bar, great selection of drinks. The food was very good and hot. Very friendly caring staff, nice and warm inside.
We had booked a table just in case but it was lovely and quiet when we got there. Food was lovely as always and staff checked in us regularly.
