   The service from the owner is absolutely all appalling. Do not order your dress from here. They promised us several times that my dress would be ready on three different occasions. We have had to make several trips to the shop because they kept saying “100% I can guarantee you it will come on this day”. Their “100% guarantee” was nowhere near the truth. My order hasn’t been shipped yet and I placed the order for my dress a few months ago. The owner promised to give our refund back if we showered the receipt, however when we went today and showed him the receipt, he then said he needed the physical receipt or he can’t give the refund. He didn’t end up giving the refund. This owner can’t stick to his words or keep to his words. Overall, I would not come here again and I would not recommend.

   Absolutely avoid! Con artists run this store. I was sold a dress and told it was medium bring it home it fit someone who is an extra small. I go back and he offers me a credit note. I then get offered to order the outfit and guess what? It’s absolutely vile the work is falling apart I’m actually devastated, a week to go for the function that I needed it for and I have no outfit to wear. He then offered me a solution of a credit note but this note expires in 20 days. If I could give minus stars I would. I have reported them to trading standards so if anyone else has experienced something similar contact the citizens advice bureau and report it. As a consumer we should not be treated this way.

   Owner is extremely rude and they only take cash payments We are regular customer and cannot believe he refused exchange the dress because the zip don’t work or fix it. If the behaviour was polite I wouldn’t mind and wouldn’t have left this review. However I paid £145 and every two months my mum buys lot of saree and dresses from them. So it was not nice at all the way they have treated her. Also twice I didn’t get trousers with the dresses but I never went back as I was not bothered but just this time we went to ask them to exchange or fix the zip. Treat your customer well even if you dnt exchange or fix the issue bit of politeness can do.
