Shockingly bad service, very unreliable. We ordered 5 dresses from here on the 5th of May 2017. We were promised delivery on the 10th July. This date came and went, no sign of the dresses. I received a call on 21st July to tell me to (finally) collect the dresses. When I went in the following day, they presented us with only 4 of the dresses- No sign of the last dress, no explanation or apology. We were then promised that the 5th dress would arrive the following Monday 24th July, so I said that I would return on the Wednesday just to ensure I was not wasting a trip. Went to collect the dress on Wednesday 26th July, the 5th dress hasn't arrived, no sign of an apology but a unconvincing promise that the dress would be here 'tomorrow'. The owner/manager spent the entire time we were there avoiding us and pretending to be on his phone, he did not once show any contrition or offer any sort of reasonable explanation or resolve. When I expressed my disappointment to the sales assistant, she went as far as to say that this wasn't their fault- well who's fault was it then, love?! Avoid like the plague! They will sweet talk you into parting with a hefty cash deposit, then give you the run around for weeks on end.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND ENERGY BUT YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. I ORDERED TWO DRESSES. I GOT MY ORDER AFTER ONE WEEK NOT THE DAY AGREED. ONE DRESS WAS THE RIGHT COLOR AND THE OTHER COMPLETELY OPPOSITE COLOUR. AND THEY WERE EXPECTING AND TELLING ME TO TAKE THE WRONG COLOUR DRESS. I TOLD THEM I WILL TAKE ONE DRESS AND I WANTED MY MONEY FOR THE OTHER DRESS. SO SISTERS PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Absolutely disgusting service. Bunch of liars. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone to go get clothes from. They take extra deposit give a 'guaranteed date' 3weeks on 5days til my cousins wedding and they cant give us a date or tell us what has happened to our order of 6 peoples clothes including children! We went down there to ask the owner sat in the corner didnt even come and apologise and the women workers there are rude their customer service skills is atrocious when we asked for our deposit back the woman serving gave such dirts you wouldnt even give to your enemies. Never order or buy from them. They cant stick to dates given and on top become rude and stuck up.

Absolutely disgusted by the lady salespersons service. Extremely poor and unprofessional.I was shocked by the way I was served by this abusive and extremely rude sales lady. I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life. This person is not mentally fit to serve customers. I most certainly do not recommend this shop to anyone!!
