You really get the sense of a warm and cosy local pub. Everyone's friendly, good prices and feels more like home than a corporate pub. Highly recommended for a quiet drink.
I came here initially for a quick pint and get an uber home. After having the first few sips of the bankss in here I had to stay. The best pint I have had in years!
Great local pub, staff always friendly, locals always welcoming. Tasty pub snacks and best beer around.
Very nice place, food very nice, but I found that tables were reserved stopping me and my partner from using even tho they were taking up other tables outside they had already eaten, so why were they allowed to take up other tables, that's not good for business, and keeping your other customers happy.
Lovely pub,alan and sarah are very friendly and welcoming,and will always have a chat.highly recommend this pub.

Fantastic traditional boozer! Always made to feel welcome, great bar staff (especially Eric), will always keep coming back!! Beers are are terrific and always want you to have more!!
