   We booked a 2 hrs session with the grandchildren and the kids had a fun time however. There wasn't anybody on the gate, so when you go to the toilet you can't get back in. My reason for 3 stars is that as my youngest grandchild is only 3 I had to keep going to shut the gate on the 3rd occasion I got my partner to complain as although I'm responsible for my own grandchildren I shouldn't have to keep closing the gate because other adults and older children leave it open. The staff were not interested and said your responsible for your own children.i understand you supervise your own children but somebody should be manning the gates so the kids are safe. On the 7 time of closing the gate I was fed up and decide to leave, safety was the issue for me

   We went here today and it was busy and no where to sit. Whilst that wasn't too much of a problem my little girl had loads of fun but we have to leave our belongings just at the side of the play area. My only problem really today was that the staff didn't look like they wanted to be there and I think there was only one staff member who actually smiled when we was on the way out.

   The kids do have plenty of fun here. The seating area isnt always the best. At busy times it can be quite messy. Majority of the time staff are lovely. When it's busy, it's BUSY. Definitely take that in to consideration because it can seem to get very crowded despite the size of the place.

   Floor in the seating area is dirty , empty packets and food left on floor staff behind counter appear to just sit chatting ay the till Steps up to the slide are dirty and crumbs , dirt and other debris appear to have built up on each step Cleaning doesn't appear to be a priority Shame because this place could be better

   Nice place for a couple of hours fun for the kids. Normal foods and drinks are pretty reasonably priced…. Just beware of the slushy drinks prices……grandson went to get his self one. £4.95 …. Appalling!

   Great for off peak times! Can get some great deals to bounce and play but avoid weekends If you don’t like busyness. Really modern and fun playcentre, my 4 year old loves it.

   Avoid peak time. I was here on Friday noon. First we were met by a long queue outside. When we got inside after 15 minutes of waiting, the staff ensured that we would be able to stay an extra 10 minutes (I paid for 2 hours).It turned out that the room was overcrowded and there were no seats. I will only add that at the entrance I had to pay an extra pound as a fee for monitoring adult capacity. After half an hour of standing, we managed to sit down. Before I ordered the food, someone from the staff approached me, asking to leave the playground. When I asked why, he explained that I had a green armband and it was my time to leave. I explained that I was here only half an hour and I paid for two. It turned out that we were handed the wrong color of the bands.I didn't get an apology. He just threw me a different color of bands on the table. After less than two hours after entering, I was asked to leave the building again (the staff did not grant us the promised 10 extra minutes).I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. For that reason it's only one star- for tasty food.
