Some members of staff consistently fail to demonstrate basic professionalism. Their manner of communication is poor, they lack courtesy, and their overall attitude often comes across as careless and dismissive. This kind of behaviour shows a clear lack of respect for both colleagues and responsibilities.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The counters were mostly vacant, and staff members seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. I arrived at 11:30 AM, but my documents were not accepted until 3:00 PM. When my turn finally came, it was rescheduled for another two hours without a proper explanation. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration. In particular, the staff member at counter number 10 was especially unhelpful. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Well run and well coordinated. They open early affording a wider choice of time slots for visa appointments. Staff is very helpful in answering questions for submissions and for collections. Ticketing system needs enhancement as the waiting times are very misleading perhaps due to frequency of updates and queue movement between the gaps.

I went to VFS London to renew my children’s South African passports. I booked the appointment on a Sunday and, surprisingly, got a slot for that Friday β€” which is quite rare! The queue was short, and I was seen quickly since I had all the correct documents and certified papers. They took photos of the children on the spot and offered the option to have the passports posted to our home. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient the process was. Highly recommended!

I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was allowed in, but I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before being called. The service itself went smoothly, but I was surprised to find an extra charge added to my payment. When I asked about it, I was told it was a service charge β€” however, when I made the appointment, the website clearly stated that there were no additional fees. Afterward, I paid and chose the delivery service, but I encountered another issue. I was informed that my new passport would be kept until I send my current passport back to you, which means I would need to pay for an additional delivery. This policy was not explained in advance, and there was no clear justification for the extra costs.

I had premimum booking and overall I had a good experience, I would say. They have visa applicants for many of the Schengen countries. I was allowed to enter the building only 30 minutes before my appointment. The total time I spent there was around 1 hour as there were many applicants. I am guessing it is always the case. The staff were all friendly.

Had a 1245 appointment yesterday, arrived around 1220, waited for a few minutes and was allowed to enter the premises around 1230. Staff double checking appointments was nice and helpful. Able to submit and finish application around 1300. Fast and quick processing. Tip: Arrive at least 15 mins before your scheduled appointment as you will not be allowed to enter the centre and you will need to wait outside.

A global visa centre, well organised but getting appointments is very very tough. Once you get appointment slot, arrange all necessary documents mentioned at your appointment list. My experience was nice as I have all necessary documents/paper. Overall the entire process was smooth for me.

Applied for a Danish tourist visa, expecting a 15 day processing time as communicated on the website. Was told at the appointment that the processing times are 45 days. It is now day 50 and I have heard nothing still. Avoid at all costs UPDATE: It has now been TWO MONTHS since application and no response UPDATE: we are on 68 days since application... still waiting UPDATE: finally received my passport back after 70 days processing. Think very carefully before following in my (and all the other reviewers' footsteps)

We spent 2 hours one way to reach out to this place only to be sent back for a missing doc. Let alone earliest time slot was 3 months ahead. Then we went back again; arrived on time but managed to get someone to take care after 1 hour. What is the purpose of appointment if we need to wait 1 hour anyway? Let alone extra cost on citizens to fund all this visa process. What a mess to be part of, and unfortunately terrible management of the process. It makes you feel completely unfair that you need visa just because you were not born in one of those lucky countries like UK, US etc. Only positive feedback: the staff was kind to us.
