   Went in for a few scoops with old friends. It was very busy mid week after work and for good reason. Service, staff and drinks were excellent. Didn't have any food but those eating looked like they were thoroughly enjoying it. Would definitely recommend.

   Love this Wetherspoons. Always popular and a good atmosphere. Wish they stocked more real cider compared to some of their other branches and kept it chilled but that’s the only criticism I have. The food is standard as you’d expect. Toilets up in the gods but the staff work hard is this large pub that probably seats close to 200 people.

   A most pleasant Spoons with friendly staff and the usual selection of "interesting" customers. Good real ales. The beer garden is small but a nice suntrap. It could do with an undercover section and patio heaters for the winter.

   Spoons is spoons. The foods cheap, the service is fast. Friendly staff. Only ever go for breakfast with my grandad, as spoons has a special place in his heart. Cheap and cheerful would describe every spoons around! Unlimited tea is a win! And I had avocado on toast, and it was banging for what it was.

   On entering we found the property very cold, to the extent that it felt warmer outside!!. We ordered two soups and a bowl of chips, from the light bikes menu, with two coffees. It took quite some time for the food to arrive and we had to prompt the waiter for the coffee cups, which he had to get after the food. The chips were piping hot, however the soups were only moderately warm, and the bread that came with the soups was slightly stale and no spread was provided, as stated on the menu. When we came to get the coffees neither of the machines were working correctly, and we had to wait for them to be maintained before we could get our coffees, by which time we had finished our meals. Poor effort on this occasion!!

   Lovely Visit to this Weatherspoons after a busy day decided to get lunch Grandaughter had a Burger with Chips and i ordered a nice Cheese and Tomato Pannin it was piping hot and lovely had it with chips and a drink lovely afternoon and clean and friendly will go again x
