   Always a friendly welcome at the bar. Nice little beer garden out back and if you catch a good day, you may even get a bit of free entertainment out back with guitarist and the legend that is Bunter on the drum box.

   Absolutely shocking service. I've lived in kidderminster for nearly 3 years but never visited this particular pub. However, because the landlord didn't recognize us and had just had the police in, he assumed we were trouble makers before even talking to us. We had to prove that we lived in kidderminster by showing him our ID, but by that point we weren't interested in drinking in there and had left. To feel unwanted in a new pub in my own home town was horrendous. I'll never be visiting there again.
