   I would avoid at all costs, it was my first time dealing with this business and I ordered a outfit in accordance with their size guide for my daughter, it was tiny and I was still happy to accept a exchange and was told they don’t offer returns due to covid, but could after the 19th of July which was just a few days away. I then asked if I could return after the 19th and got no response, I then emailed again and got no response again. There is clearly no interest in providing a decent customer service and using covid as a excuse is just beyond me. Online shopping would be a thing of the past if all businesses followed such a messed up business model. Regardless avoid like the plague (no pun intended considering covid) you will not get a refund if the item is not satisfactory

   The shop is just amazing. I fell in love with each and every product displayed there. However, the best thing was the behaviour and helpfulness of the woman that helped me. Unfortunately l don't know her name. I personally took a long time to decide between dresses and l disturbed her several times as l changed my mind. In contrast, she patiently waited. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the experience in general. Thank you so much!
