Now a Flannels. The staff were very nice. I got a lovely Paul Smith polo. 2 stars off for the following. They had available online, a Marc Jacobs bag that my wife wanted. Was happy to buy and have it delivered to store. They wanted Β£6 to have it delivered to store! I went for lunch and ordered the bag directly from Marc Jacobs (free delivery). Β£250 lost. Madness.

The wife bought a pair of sneakers and they cost 545 pounds, with a 30% discount, they should have been 381.5 and they reduced them to 419. The next day I went to tell them that they were wrong and the crooks changed the price saying that they were wrong. Personally indifferent and silly. I do not recommend this shop and the vile staff

The staff are so unhelpful no one asks if you need any help and when you ask them anything itβs like a big inconvenience they all walk around like they own the store didnβt feel valued as a customer so left I will go west end where the shops are a bit more friendly happens all time in this store wanted a Stella McCartney bag and shoes but oh well rude staff no up sales in this store

One week ago I came to return Mochino trainers I bought 2 weeks ago because of poor quality both trainers started tearing on the sides after wearing them only twice. The young lady who served me laughed at me saying I canβt return worn trainers which was unprofessional and I explained trainers have been worn only twice and already tearing apart. I asked to speak to a manager. I got told that the trainers need to be sent for inspection which will take few working days again in very ignorant manner wile the lady started serving other client whiteout finishing resolving my issue. On the way out same staff member was shouting saying I wonβt be able to get refund at all if I donβt leave them to be sent for inspection so after all I decided not to leave my trainers to be sent for inspection and go to Blue Water shopping center Choice store instead same day where I saw a manager and very friendly staff who offered me same day full refund if I donβt want the trainers or new pair of trainers. Which just got to show me that it wasnβt about the trainers how I got treated it was about poor customer service in Westfield Choice store. I decided to get a new pair of the trainers same day and they guaranteed me that if I have any issues to come back for refund.

Purchased an item from this store and ended up exchanging it for another in June 2017. The rest of the balance was given on a credit note. I was specifically informed that I could spend it "at any time" by the cashier. I went to redeem this note recently, when I was told it had expired. I obviously thought this was a new thing but apparently its policy, irrespective of the initial information I received from the cashier. I've emailed customer help and they've said: Unfortunately we are unable to honour your expired credit note as the information is clearly on the front that the credit note is valid for one year.Β This information is also on the instore company policy which is located by each till point.Β Β This information is vitally important and is there for all customers to read before they exit the store.Β All our staff do verbally advise customers it is valid for 1 year but this is not a legal requirement by Trading Standards as the information is clearly visible on both the policy and the actual credit note itself.Β I am very sorry but we are unable to accept your 4 month expired credit note. I understand your frustration and anger but the information is there for all customers to read and understand the T&Cβs.Β As advised it also states this on the front of the credit note that it is valid for 1 year. Again I am sorry but this is our company policy and has to be adhered too. So basically they gave incorrect information, kept my money AND got interest on it sitting in their account. I have been a regular customer for the past couple of years, but not anymore.
