   This shop has been around for a while on Green Street. Great for Abayas. Good size with good variety and price range suits different budgets. The shop is tired, broken floor tiles, needs refurbishing.

   On Monday 7th July, I came to this store to ask for a refund on a deposit I made. When I asked this, the woman as seen in the picture immediately started to raise her voice and used very vulgar language. The red arrow shows the woman I am talking about and next to her is the main manager of the store. She started screaming her head off and proceeded to phone the main manager. As she did this, she still continued to raise her voice making an angry face? This type of verbal abuse is disgusting and abnormal behaviour. I have never entered a shop where one of their workers screams at a customer in this manner. It is not acceptable at all and she should be fired with immediate effect given her disgusting customer service. Another customer witnessed this and she was even shocked saying this woman is disgusting by shouting so loudly. Also, I phoned the store several times and they did not pick up. What kind of store doesn’t pick up their phone? She also slammed the shop phone down so downside on your shop you will need to repair the shop phone as she broke it. She also probably scratched the glass on the table too so another loss for your shop. Message to manager- what are you gaining from this woman? Who doesn’t know how to speak, has no manners and is damaging your property and honour of the shop? For anyone visiting this store, I do not recommend you enter this store unless you want to receive verbal abuse. It is absolutely inappropriate and very unprofessional and she spoke as though someone had did something to her and let it out. You should investigate this matter and look into this woman’s behaviour and attitude towards customers as she does not represent the store well and also screaming and swearing in bangla does not make it acceptable at all. Looking at all the other reviews, it is the exact same women everyone has complained about and she needs be fired immediately. How you can let her talk like that? What kind of store are you representing? Does she not fear Allah for the way she has spoken to me and others? Do you also not fear God by letting her get away with this shouting loudly at customers faces? I suggest you take immediate action and review her to fire or else further action will be taken. I repeat she spoke in a disgusting manner and shouting like the walls would break, she needs to be sacked I don’t understand why you have kept her here when she does not know how to speak to people? Literally a loose animal released from a zoo is what can be described as to how she behaved. Astagfirullah you have no shame or guilt for this type of behaviour. Just know that Allah is watching you and the way your staff has behaved in particular the woman with purple scarf. I never usually write reviews but this was a must considering how the woman spoke - she has no manners, very rude, raising her voice, tutting and rolling her eyes. Never have I experienced this because it is not normal??? How you will let her get away with this is on you. Just remember the type of woman she is and the many complaints she has received - your shop now has a bad reputation for the future with no haya and everyone is now aware of what type of staff you have. She needs to be fired unless you want more complaints about her and want people to receive verbal abuse in which the sin will fall upon you too. Fear Allah for running a shop and allowing staff to speak to customers like this. Especially the woman in purple, your disgusting attitude and screaming will get you nowhere in life. Be careful and cautious of this store. To sum up - this woman has caused an extremely uncomfortable environment given her verbal abuse of screaming and shouting, animalistic behaviour of giving angry face, damaging shop property (which is loss for the manager). You know it’s bad even when another customer got involved and even agreed she is disgusted by the woman. Says everything about her by making everyone uncomfortable in the store even those shopping. So read this and understand the woman she is because she needs to get fired immediately ‼️‼️

   One of the lady who served us she was really rude and talking like nonsense. She don’t want show us any new arrival clothes for Eid and she wasn’t busy as it was midday. Owner need to give her customer service training or send her home !!!

   Customer services does not exist for this business. The ladies are so rude. Took some items back for an exchange not even a refund due to damages (under a week), my God all hell broke as if I demanded the world from them. Save your money and shop elsewhere

   I have bought a few outfits from mahir which looks nice however the stones are glued and they keep coming off, making the dress look cheap and tacky. AVOID!!!

   I have been to this shop for buying some cloths and asking for little discounts the staff very rude specially the fat and tall lady she need to learn how to behave with customers. They so unprofessional I don't know why shop owner get nice people to work for them. I will give them -0 star.
