   I ordered a Canada goose coat for my partner … I ordered wrong size and phoned the manager .. this was no problem at all and the manager even waited for me to finish work and get back to the shop (which is beautiful) .. excellent service from zap and I will million percent be shopping there again .. 5 stars from me .. thank you for all your help x

   AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID, you can see from my review history, I am a normal genuine customer and user around the UK and mostly post positive reviews of my experiences in stores. I sent a Canada Goose Vest back to Zap Clothing for a return, and was bombarded with abuse and claims of fraud that I have sent back a jacket that does not belong to them because it has a security tag on it. I got significant amount of abuse on the phone and accused that I was trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the company. When indeed I sent back the same jacket I received, in the same colour and size, but it had all of a sudden got a security tag. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, anyone considering ordering from here AVOID, its not worth the headache and fraud they are doing.

   Zap said they sent "numerous emails" asking for a picture of my license. I never received any emails from them and why would I send a picture of my license through the internet to another country? After 9 days of not receiving shipping confirmation and asking for a refund, I did a charge back through my credit card. Zap emailed me telling me to remove the charge back because they shipped the items and the shipping number is.....wait for it....... there was no shipping number. It was blank. Now Zap disputed the charge back saying that they shipped the item but they did not prove it to my credit card company. Zap claimed that the item was shipped and I failed to respond to their emails. I will surely win this dispute but LISTEN TO THE MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE AND AVOID THEM. THAT SALE ITEM YOU WANT ISNT WORTH IT. IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TO HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING TO ZAP. NIGHTMARE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER ONLINE RETAILERS THAT ARE TRUSTED WITH THE SAME SALES. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.

   Fendi Jumper sent out with hole in armpit. Never worn however I did undo the tags (as I didn’t want to damage the item as I put it on) Sent it back and they returned it back to myself with no explanation. Very poor from start to finish Stay away

   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased a pair of shoes from Zap Clothing just four months ago and the soles of the shoes are literally breaking in half. The Zap Clothing rep adamantly denied any resolve. Further, they made false claims by saying they checked with the brand/designer on the issue and it was “my doing.” Come to find out, Zap is NOT an authorized retailer and the brand I purchased does not guarantee AUTHENTICITY of the product. Very well could be counterfeit. Horrible product & customer service. Save your money.
