Used to be a lovely pub but it has lost something recently, The ciders used to change weekly but have been the same for month's now, not as clean as it used to be and smells really bad of urine which to be honest made us leave after one drink.

Popped in for the first time. A lovely pub. It happened to be quiz night so it was busy. The cobs were very fresh and tasty. Staff were great. Will definitely be going again

Amazing selection of ales, more than I've seen in any other pub I think! If you like ales this is your go to pub! Friendly atmosphere and cosy traditional setting.

Very nice and clean well maintained pub. There are plenty of bears to try and massive cobs to sink your teeth into. It's a really friendly atmosphere and overall a real great credit to Black Country Ales and their staff.

It's a Great Pub with Great Beer. Added to that it has a charming Landlady and incredibly friendly and helpful bar staff. From the welcoming fire to the spotlessly clean toilets I couldn't find fault even if I had wanted to. I understand that Blackcountry breweries own it and their beer features strongly. I shall be back for another pint of 'Over a barrel just as soon as the wife let's me.

Staying in the area and visited two nights running. Great beers, great atmosphere. The landlords obviously work hard to keep this pub as perfect as it is. Visit or you'll miss out. We'll definitely be back.

Maxine is an asset to the pub and can comfortably manage the bar single handedly. I had a couple of samples and chose Appoloosa an American hops ale and enjoyed a cheese and onion cob for £5.60. Nice clean pub and a large beer garden to enjoy the sun. Large car park, too

A friendly clean atmosphere with a excellent choice of real ales and ciders with bar food available. The premises comprises of a carpark and boasts a really good outside seating area of two different levels; one hard standing and one on grass, there is also a heated smoking area. An above average family public house.
