   Great family meal out today. Bar staff were both great and food was beautiful. Hot, fresh, good portions and everything correct except lettuce on one burger. Easily resolved though. A lovely female member of staff told us there is new management and a new chef. This definitely showed today in the quality of food and service. We will definitely return and would definitely recommend. Best of luck to the new management. You've got a good team of staff and the food is far superior to what it previously was. Great to get what you pay for! Thank you all!

   I met a friend for lunch here today. Lovely warm welcome from 2 Ladies. Friendly quick service. Food was fabulous. Hot fresh and very well presented. I saw the roast dinners come out and they looked amazing. We will be back soon for one of those.

   Genuinely lovely, heartfelt welcome. Service was faultless including knowledgeable beer recommendation. The waitress immediately identified our table and told us what wasn't, unfortunately available to order from the menu but suggested some fabulous sounding alternatives. Food was great value and nicely presented. Beer was excellent too. Well done Park Gate.

   Driving back from a family day out and decided to stop by for a Sunday roast. Service was brilliant, food was delicious and the kids loved playing on the park, ended the day perfectly for us and we will definitely return in the future.

   Booked a table on line arrived early no problem taken too our reserved table. Mixed grill wasn't available so had 8oz Sirloin steak with chips my wife had the burger and fries. She would have preferred the chips I had which was very nice, steak cooked as requested food was hot and we didn't wait long, staff polite and helpful pub was clean warm and welcoming. Second time we have been mid afternoon when it's quiet would recommend this pub and suitable for families with a nice garden and seating area on sunny days.

   Had our walking group Christmas lunch here, 22 diners! We had pre-ordered our meals, and the food was served promptly by two very polite members of staff. Overall, everyone was happy with the food, although a couple of people thought that their food could have been warmer. My meal was hot, very tasty, and with plenty of food on the plate. I would happily dine here again. Highly recommended.

   Can’t speak of this place any higher. Service is at the forefront of there business. Staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs. Foods even better as it tastes really good and very affordable. Was exactly what I needed after cycling all day long. If you’re passing though definitely pop in for a feed

   Driven past this place many a times and always noticed how busy they are especially in summer. Was in the area visiting a friend and we decided to pop in for lunch. Nice and easy to get to ( on the Stourbridge road heading out of Kidderminster ) nice large car park that is free to use for patrons. Hand sanitiser on arrival and I was met by the lovely chap at the front reception area. I asked for a quite spot and I couldn't have asked for a better table. The music was at the right level to, In the back ground and you could hold a conversation with someone without shouting to each other. The pub looked nicely presented and clean and tidy. The staff were all Polite, attentive and a credit to the pub for their first class service and politeness. I pre booked the table on line which was a doddle and if you sign up to their mailing list you get 30% off main meals which reduced our bill nicely. The food is your usual pub grub and I was disappointed the chips weren't home made or gave you the option to have mash / jacket potato instead of the chips. Overall the food was satisfactory but nowt outstanding, but for the price you can't complain.
