    Ordered on 27th Nov, money taken but no confirmation email and still no item. Emailed a fortnight ago - no response. Used contact form a week ago - no response. DM’d 4 days ago - no response. Tried to phone 20 times - no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    Order #29806 I ordered for the first time early July, I had an email to say dresses were on the way but never got to me. I was to quick to write a negative review as it had nothing to do with the Boutique and everything to do with the couriers. Anyway, Julie got to the bottom of it and was really kind and helpful. The customer service was 5 stars.

    I have attempted to make contact with you via email , phone and text to get an update on my refund for order 29620 which has been over 14 working days. ( as stated on your website, this is how long it will take ) when it came to posting my order to me you was out of stock on one of the items so you called me and we agreed a refund. Please can someone one get back to confirm this have been processed as I am still waiting.

    I have now received refund minus two lots of postage, one paid when I ordered the item and signed for to make sure they got it back. No more words - stick to selling in shop Now two weeks since returning this cheap piece of rubbish and still no refund. It is not a huge amount of money but it is the principal - I will keep reviewing this terrible company until refund received This owner should stick to local sales in her shop and not online ads. She obviously cannot fulfil returns and you can’t be a one man band to retain good customer service - I await refund Still no refund and no replies to text messages or emails Still awaiting refund - I see Julie’s reply below / shame she couldn’t reply to my text message or emails I returned my product by signed for, and can see it was delivered and accepted by Jade. I am now awaiting refund Since, writing the review below, I just had a call from Julie who was most apologetic that they had not contacted me sooner, explaining that they are a small company and go through all of their emails from the weekend (today is Tuesday). She was very nice and asked me to return the product and they will refund me immediately. I will do this tomorrow. Cannot contact these people. I ordered a dress online which was processed almost immediately (of course they wanted the money). I have emailed them to say I loved the style but not the very cheap material. I have tried calling and leaving messages but nobody gets back to me!!!!! Do not deal with these people. They are quick to take your money but not to contact you when there is a problem. DO NOT USE THEM. WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS
