   I got my first saree here for a family wedding after going into a few different shops and not finding something suitable. They had a great selection and staff were very helpful, the fabric was much higher quality than some of the sarees I had looked at and for a very reasonable price. I used Bobby the tailor who operates in a workshop on site to have my blouse custom made and he did a great job. Would highly recommend and will be going back in future

   Refusal to do exchange or refund. Stating also that I do not have a consumer right to request for refund or exchange of sari slip. Despite the receipt clearly states “Exchanges within 14 days only with a valid receipt”, “Your statutory rights are not affected.” Then stating “as you have used the words consumer rights I will not exchange, go do what you want with your consumer rights.” The man gave his name as Prakash and then complained that the clothing has not been folded in the exact same way as in the shop, then he claimed that it as not in the plastic bag that I had carried it out of the shop in. As another customer walked in he crumpled up the clothing and claimed that I had bought the clothing in that state. I pointed out his lies and that he has CCTV and that can be checked.

   Bought bangles were faulty cos too tight. Didn't try at shop as same size as others bought. They wouldn't give me a refund then refused to give me an exchange even within receipt date for exhanges. Manager did not want to listen.
