   0 stars if possible. Returned an item purchased 4 days ago with labels and tags and never been worn….the grief and attitude we got from both the counter staff and the manager was something else. Zero customer service. Basically called us liars and got the venomous stare nailed! That’s why people use the internet rather than stores.

   Me and my daughter come in the shop and had the worst experience ever. I will be talking to corporate and taking this further. staff was rude and organisation was a shambles. Will not ever be returning

   Clothes are good, shame about the staff. Clearly closing at 9pm doesn’t mean you are providing a service up until 9pm. Closing the changing rooms at 8:30pm and then telling customers that you can’t try anything on and they will be closing 5 minutes early isn’t exactly what I would call good service. I was going to spend £150+ but I’ll take my money and custom elsewhere. Well done Lakeside

   Liv and Sophie are an absolute credit to the store. They were both so helpful. They invested so much time into helping 3 of us find a dress each as well accessories. Having been in many shops already, can honestly say this was the best service received. They deserve to be rewarded
