   Much more a call ahead and counter order style shop. Limited range of products and spares on display with no prices. Most items are found and ordered through their computers and are brought to the counter. Staff are helpful if you ask for it.

   VERY RUDE AND POOR SERVICE! I went down to this store and ordered new front pads and front springs and was told they weren't in stock but we can get them for tomorrow, which was fine. So I paid and asked for a receipt and was assured I wouldn't need to show the receipt when I come back tomorrow but it will be with my order. The next day arrives and I sent my partner down to pick them up for me and I rang them and told them the case, which also was fine with SAS. A guy on the counter wouldn't let my partner leave with the item's unless she paid which she knew they were already paid for, she was under pressure and paid again. I had to then ring up and explain the situation and had no apology at all regarding this matter. My partner had then go down to the store again to refund the extra payment back onto her card, NIGHTMARE! Finally, a mechanic finally comes to change these parts and realises they are the wrong springs for my van, absolute joke! Not only have they wasted a lot of mine and my partners time but now my mechanics time too. Unfortunately for us, I cannot find the receipt for the life of me so I can not even take these springs back. Will not be using this company again.

   Worst parts company I’ve ever dealt with!! Knowledge is comparable to plankton. Give out incorrect prices then invoice for whatever they feel like. I’m sure they’re nice people just a terrible company.
