Took my car here with a minor issue after seeing good reviews on google. Was slightly shocked to be told it was a £444 problem. Went for a second opinion at a different garage (Sutton Coldfield MOT) who fixed it in 2 hours for £35. Whether this was sheer incompetence or something more nefarious I don't know but either way a nearly 13x markup isn't acceptable. On the positive side, everyone there was friendly and courteous but I would be too if I was hoping to get nearly 500 quid out of someone for a £35 issue.

Steve and his tan provide a professional and responsive service. They are always busy which is the sign if a great garage. They are attentive to detail and flexible about arrangement.

Had a very expensive service from here, and when I checked they had not replaced my oil and charged me for 4 units. Absolute joke! Went on recommendation that they were friendly and approachable attitude especially when dealing with young female customers unlike some garages but found the complete opposite! They took advantage and I might not have known if my boyfriend hadn't checked.
