We had a blow out on the A14. Recovery company just gave us phone numbers of mobile tyre fitters, none of whom could help. Some not even in the area. Finally we found the wonderful ASAP who from start to finish were helpful, competent and reasonable on cost. Once we found them, one of the lovely guys was with us in less than an hour and changed two front tyres in 15 minutes! Brilliant.
Would not recommend. Was clearly told charge for changing a tyre would be £108 for new tyre, then after work was done I was charged £148. Not a mistake as I repeated the quoted price back, its not something you get wrong. Much higher price than other quotes if that was the case and I would have declined. Tried calling several times to resolve and was told would get call back but this never happened. Actual job done by the fitter was good.
Called at 1.30pm about a flat on my car on the drive. Said I wasn't in a hurry (where have we got to go in lockdown?!) but was told they'd be there by 3pm (or even earlier). Was on the drive by 2.30pm and fixed swiftly and for a great price. Receipt delivered via text immediately. Great service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rang them at 6:30am after I tried to leave for work unsuccessfully!!! They arrived by 8:30, service was great and job was finished with 20 minutes. So helpful and meant I still made it to work at a reasonable time. Thank you!
I rang them at 9am and they were here by 11am. Really courteous service both on the phone and from the technician. They were also the cheapest quote I had obtained by at least £20! Easy card payment too. I can't recommend highly enough. Thanks very much.
