Serious engine clunking quickly and honestly diagnosed and fixed over the bank holiday weekend. Very grateful for a fast turnaround and reasonable cost given it’s our only car and way of getting around as a busy working family. I only live around the corner, this was my first experience at FOSS and they deserve the high rating. Many thanks again.
Cant recommend enough, I do very little mileage but still get services done. They let me know what I needed and didn't need and know full well some garages in the area [that I have used] would just do everything whether needed or not for the extra cash. Wifes Evoque has 4 warning lights come while driving, no power steering etc, ABS error, hill decent error which looked horrible!!! It ended up being a £20 speed sensor and a small amount for fitting. I would have paid extra not knowing the issue as looked pretty serious at the time. Their work and price is excellent but more importantly, very trustworthy and will NOT rip you off.
Best garage I’ve used for years. Go out their way to help you and I’ve never been ripped off. Defo recommend.

Avoid at all costs. Do not trust this garage! They said they could sort out my air conditioning problem on my Nissan Micra with a total amount of £341, which I agreed to. I picked the car up and paid the full amount assuming it had been fixed and everything was okay, only to discover a few days later that in fact the air conditioning was exactly the same as before and didn't work. To cut a long story short and I had to go back (and consider I'm a pensioner) 3 times to try and get them to complete the job, with them finally stating (after chasing them several times) they couldn't do anything, and when I then asked for my money to be returned they refused and kept it. I will now have to try and go through the credit card providers to refund the money.
