   Took a load into here . I will say there ate two warehouses t1 and t2 . So I would makesure your at the right one . Once your at the weighbridge the members of staff tell you what you need to do . I was in and out in 30 minutes which is spot on . Then once your tipped back to the weighbridge to hand in your pass . All the staff were brilliant really friendly. I must say it was one of the cleanest site I've been on so well done

   Customer service of this place is shocking, went to collect and selected paid in store, just to tell me that something wasn’t working on their end on click and collect and that they wouldn’t be able to reapply the discount either leaving me to go without the parts I needed or to pay more so I had no choice. Shocking, won’t be coming here again it’s absolute robbery.

   Everytime I go in there it takes ages to get served. The guy with the ginger beard definitely does not care how long he takes. He will NOT apologise for making you wait. I think he enjoys making everyone wait. It's not a good look at all. There are plenty of staff working. Why not call for help if you have a alot of people waiting to be served??????????? This has happened EVERYTIME I go to this branch.

   I've been wanting to leave a 1 star review for my past few visits to ECP Tamworth but have repeatedly given them the benefit of the doubt. Consistently slow and terrible customer service. I paid for a part, waited ages for it to get picked. Double checked with the guys where my part was and the pick note had been put in the bin. So waited ages again for a mirror glass. Never coming back here, its depressing, the staff are extremely slow and rude. The guy behind the counter (Mark? I think) has been there for years and always ensures every visit is as terrible as the last.

   Took 25 minutes for them to bring some break disks down and then they were sat behind the counter for another 15 minutes and then after was told I could have just taken the disks, even though there’s a sign saying not to do it!

   Ordered bulbs online, this store packed my order. Whoever pick and chose the order needs their eyes testing. One of the boxes the bulbs were in was smashed, so had to call customer services and exchange them in the nearest store. They were in a better condition, also the packaging was shocking. The package was literally ripped all the way across the bottom. Definitely won’t be ordering online again, rather go the extra mile and pick them up from the store myself, I wish I did in the first place!

   Some good prices but slow service the guy assisting the lady at the tills asked the second person in the queue if he was picking up an order which he wasn't he didn't bother asking us or the guy behind if we were waiting to pick up a collection which we were and he disappeared out the back leaving us to wait about 10 minutes for the lady on the till to literally walk round the corner to pick our stuff up. Felt a bit sorry for the lady as she was none stop.
