   I don't usually write reviews but honestly this is the best service I have received from any mechanic in Birmingham. Rang up to get my Skoda Superb serviced, the guy on phone got me booked in straight away car was in for the hour! Great customer service from father and son very humble and down to earth people. Uncle done a amazing service on my car reasonably priced and really took his time to do the work. His son also done a amazing job plugging my car checking for fault codes, very informative and really look after your pride and joy! Amazing service keep it up I will be using you in years to come Thank you.

   Great staff, well educated on German cars. I took my new VW Tiguan for some work and everything went well and didn't have to wait too long. Work was very clean and done properly and noticed immediate improvements in engine/proformane. It was my first time using this garage. However my father had been using this garage for nearly 30 years, and had highly recommended I should bring my business to Osman Auto. I live out of town and struggled to find a reliable garage local. But after the great service I had, I will definitely recommend this garage and will be being my car again, regardless if it's a bit of a travel.

   Checked my car and told me to buy the ECU kit. I bought the whole kit and he didn't repair it for me. I had to change it from somewhere else and in the end the problem wasn't even with the ECU. After buying the ECU on his instructions, I called him several times and went to the shop too, and he told me that he will call me back but never did.

   Bad people. Bad service. I asked for a car holder and they were extremely rude and overcharged. The two men running the store are disgustingly bad. The man in the blue clothes is offensive and awful, and his son is a spectacle to be amazed at... no customer skills, not speaking skills, very rude and obnoxious. And I only went in for a phone car holder. Don't go here unless you want misery.

I come here for my classic car parts as they are one of a very few auto stores that still have New stock remaining from 80s and 90s cars.
