   Bought my daughter kids outfits from here — they have the best collection of kids lenghas and shararas! I managed to find everything I needed in one place, which made shopping so easy. The service is always awesome, and the uncle and aunty are always so chatty, kind, and helpful. It’s always a lovely experience shopping here — highly recommend!

   Do not trust this place! Really disappointed & upset at the service here. When we first came the store worker was really nice and attentive. I was assured that the outfit will be altered to fit me so was excited to proceed. When I went to try it again some of the alterations I asked for weren't done and lazy fixes were suggested. Why say you can make something to fit me if you can't. They were just trying to sell it no matter what, and then later saying it's because of my body which was the exact same as when I first tried it on. They only wanted to do lazy fixes when there are proper solutions to it. Then were saying there's nothing more they can do I need to body tape the parts that don't fit right. It was sticking out in weird places and felt tight and loose at the same time? It very obviously didn't fit right, and looked undeniably terrible. I would need a lot of body tape and it would be incredibly uncomfortable to wear it this way. I could have just purchased it as it was and used the same amount of body tape without any "tailoring". I find this so lazy and unprofessional. The alterations I needed were not crazy and have been done before, and I had said what I wanted initially. My body type is nothing abnormal, but then don't know why they are blaming my body in the first place. The point of tailoring is to make something fit a persons unique body type. They really don't care if you are happy or not, they just want to make the sale and continue watching videos from their phones. I left feeling very upset because the outfits are not cheap and I will have to pay an actually knowledgeable tailor to fit it properly. If you can't do something then don't say you can, and don't act like it's because there's something wrong with my body. Surely I am not the only narrow person in the world. Will sadly be telling people to avoid this store.

   I had a fantastic experience with Bidaai London. They didn't shy away from tailoring and were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to try on outfits to find the perfect style. Uncle & Aunty reassured us that the colour changes we made would look great, and the outfit turned out stunning, even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

   I got my wedding dress from Bidaai last year and I was so, so please with the outcome! The studio had all their dresses displayed on mannequins which was so useful as I could see what the dresses looked like worn. When I saw my dress I knew it was the one but I had to make a lot of changes to make it perfect.. this completely changed the whole outfit so there was quite a lot, but the sister at the studio looked after me so well and made sure no decisions were made until I was completely satisfied. She kept me updated with pictures and videos while the dress was being made from start to finish which I know was a lot of effort from her end. I knew this is was a bit risk but I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding dress that was personalised exactly to how I wanted it! It’s been 4 months now and I still look back to my pictures and admire the lehenga and the efforts that went behind it. Thank you so much to the ladies at Bidaai, you were amazing!

   Where do I start???? Well first a massive thank you to Bez, Mozah and Raniya! The dress Bez made for my daughter’s wedding day was absolutely stunning as was mine and my other daughter’s …. No other words!!! I have been immensely grateful for all the help and support you guys have given us in choosing ALL our outfits, without your help nothing would have been possible. I cannot tell you the number of compliments we got for each of our outfits…..simply beautiful and stunning!!! The attention to detail, the timing, the alterations, the customer service in general was spot on. I’ve only ever purchased all my outfits from Bidaai and have never been disappointed, always greeted with a smile and nothing less and now having known the girls for some years now they are more like friends and they all know what type of outfits me and my girls love. All of us would highly recommend Bidaai for all your wedding outfits to any party wear and the alteration service is second to none! Bez, Mozah and Raniyah, we’ll be back for our next purchases and a massive thank you once again for making us all look a million dollars at all our events - our dear friends you’re the best!! ❤️❤️❤️

   Good bridal range they provide very modern and classic designs. I kind of served myself as I knew what I wanted. If you're buying partywear from bidaai then good luck as staff do little to show you different designs and alternatives to what you're looking for.

   Do not order from this store, my sister in law ordered a very expensive dress, and they did not deliver on time and it was recieved 2 weeks late. Once she tried it on, it was completely the wrong fit and the scarf colour was wrong. She had to constantly contact them as none of their staff bothered to call her with updates. Their staff would not take any owner ship of their mistake. Extremely bad service do not recommend at all.

   PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, NOT YOUR SATISFACTION!!! When I was first placing my custom order, they were responsive and friendly. Once I put down a deposit, I started experiencing VERY delayed responses and little to no communication from Mozah and other staff. Not only was my order delayed, it was not checked properly at their store before shipping out to me. The sizing is COMPLETELY off - it's very obvious they didn't check the measurements. I now have to pay out of pocket for these MAJOR alterations which is the designer's responsibility and it will ruin the finish of the piece. They didn't do anything to prevent this and afterwards, said they can't do anything to fix it. When I finally managed to schedule a meeting with the manager - the manager did not attend nor respond. Now that they have my $, they no longer care about customer satisfaction or brand reputation. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR COMMENTS ON THESE REVIEWS - they simply tell you to email them for optics - I have not received a reply via email or Whatsapp. No wonder there are so many horrible reviews. Update: After I posted this review, they contacted me to help reimburse my alteration costs which was apparently "not possible" according to the manager before I had posted a public review exposing the truth about their customer service. They still did not cover the full cost so I had to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. After processing the payment, they immediately asked me to remove this review. I said I would edit the review accordingly if they are able to send missing pieces of my lehnga in time for my wedding (something they originally said they would do). It has now been a month and they haven't bothered following up at all. Again, don't be fooled - give your money to a company that will take proper care of you. IF YOU ARE A BRIDE, DON'T RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY BY CHOOSING BIDAAI.
