   Unbelievable store. I understand it’s bank holiday but the staff have no reason to be so moody and show attitude to that level. It is my second time going there as the clothes sizes are very diverse however both visits were horrendous. The same woman served me twice and both times showed attitude, more interest in gossiping about customers between co workers and were happy to hide the fact they allow blue light card discount when asked the first time we were told that there is discount but was given an insincere apology about it not being mentioned. The second time i decided to use it i was given attitude and a disgusted look that i even had to nerve to ask for a discount i am entitled to. As someone with anxiety i find it disgusting that these two individuals (that are always there by the looks of things) are allowed to show that much attitude and get away with it. Overall, avoid going when a woman with glasses is working and another woman with blonde highlights in her hair, absolutely disgusting behaviour and i will look further into options to put in a formal complaint please girls go to another branch. To add onto this the clothes when i went to try on had stains and the stitches were coming apart i went through the other items and found the most decent looking one even then it was of horrid quality AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!

   Great shop to get plus size ladies clothing. The only downside is you pay a real premium for non branded clothes. Some of the things in her cost way more than they should and the quality is hit and miss.

   Fantastic customer service. Ladies genuinely very helpful. I bought a dress and 3 tips my only gripe is one of the tops in my size wasn't in stock and the lady kindly ordered on line for me. I paid £4.99 for delivery next day as this was a Weekend I was told to expect on the Monday and the top arrived on the Tuesday. I have been on line since and had I have gone home and ordered it myself it would have cost me only £1.99 for a standard delivery. .
