   Exchanged an item in store. Clothing quality is very good and two female customer service assistants were friendly and helpful. Two male assistants were more focused on stock levels and merchandising than providing a friendly experience for shoppers and were rude on two separate occasions within the space of 15 minutes.

   I went to crew clothing company sevenoaks with my mum today There today we had a lovely look around at the clothes that they have there at crew clothing company They have very lovely clothes in crew clothing company Lovely long sleeves tops and other tops as well It's a very lovely clothes shop It's always going in this shop to have a look around at the clothes they have there at crew clothing company Me and my mum like going to this shop The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good lovely friendly welcoming I had another very lovely experience there today at crew clothing company sevenoaks with my mum This place gets it's second 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

   Before Christmas I brought a pair of mens jeans Parker straight leg 34W which were a good fit. On returning for another pair today for the same size and Parker straight fit again.I was shocked to discover the fit was completely different. Far too tight, the next size up 36W baggy . Why have you changed the fit? Very disappointed with this product now and won’t be adding to my Crew clothing. People in store were helpful and understood. They advised fit had changed but could not advise why. One star for them

   Crew has been here for ages now and it has one of the best customer services in Sevenoaks. Always friendly and approachable staff. Despite small size, the shop has actually decent stock and items of clothing are really nice.

   Delighted to find a pair of jeans that fitted perfectly. Unfortunately my experience was ruined by the charmless manager and shop staff shouting stock items across me when I was trying to buy them. Very rude!!
