   Popped in this evening and was really impressed with how friendly and welcoming the team are but especially Jo and Lucy. They were working really hard but even at the end of a long day they both had smiles at the till area and there are many people in the retail world that could learn so much from them on customer care.    Nice and clean store with lots of good choices. Don't frown when returning items ordered that they don't stock, which is rare. Friendly professional staff that know when's there is a queue to call someone. Basics they have got covered. Clearly good management. Julie best person I have been served by.

   Good sized store with decent layout. Queueing system may not be clear as I saw many customers attempting to queue the wrong way (although that could just be their stupidity).
