    Beautiful clothes at such reasonable prices. Every time I wear a dizzy outfit I get a compliment. The staff are amazingly helpful and attentive. They sent me pics over Instagram of items that I might like when I was unable to leave my house after a c section and even had them delivered to me! Love shopping here and will always recommend to anyone visiting romford ! I only discovered dizzy in July and already I have 9 outfits that I absolutely love! I will soon buy more !

    I am truly shocked at the low level of arrogant, racist and unprofessional behaviour of the store manager today when I went to purchase an item of clothing. Very unhelpful and uncooperative in the least! The items of clothing found in the shop are cheap fast fashion items so I don’t understand where their arrogance comes from, most probably a false delusional mindset. They should be ashamed to be treating their customers in such a degrading way. I would never step foot into that establishment again.

    My colleague got a worst experience today evening, extremely disrespectful behaviour from the lady who claimed to be the owner for the shop. It’s understandable being a staff getting disturbed to serve someone in the last hour, but this was something really unacceptable and rude. My friend did nothing wrong, wanted to return a purchased trainers within half an hour for a lower size as she felt it loose on her feet, and they you go we could witness the typical arrogance and rudeness. Very bad. You’re not even worth for a bad review either dizzy.

    Worst experience ever. I been shopping here for years but today O actually met the owner which is very rude. I bought a pair of shoes and the size was fine in the shop but then once I went into my shop the shoes felt loose very loose. I only had them in my feet for 10 mins. On the receipt says 14 days exchange. I went there to get my right size and she told me she will not exchange for me. What damage can you do to a shoes in 10 mins? I didnt asked for my money back I just said I want my right size. She said she will not give me exchange because I wear them even for 10 mins. She never said that to me and on the receipt doesnt say anything about this policy. Please avoid this store. Very rude, they don’t care about customers. They are argue with you for £20. They are robbing people. I never met such a rude owner in my lifeZ she also called security for me because I asked for the right size. Ridiculous!!!! Avoid this place

    My friend bought a pair of trainers from this store in within 30 minutes she came back to exchange for a smaller size , staff members couldn't help because trainers where used , now the logic question is how much damage can you do on a pair of trainers in probably 10-30 minutes ? Staff members very rude Owner lady very rude To avoid (14 days return/exchange policy LIES!!! ) DON'T TRUST this company! They can argue with customers for £20

    I would give five stars as I think the clothing is unique and beautiful. The kind lady working there is also so great, however on my last visit to the store, apart from the lady, there also was a gentleman [supposedly] manning the shop floor. Supposedly… as he was busy chatting up the female customers, obnoxious, loud and terribly slow in actually performing any task related to work. What especially put me off or gave me ‘the Ick’ on my last visit and the reason for my awarding this establishment only 3 stars: As I was paying for my purchase, the shop floor assistant thought it would be a good idea to enquire about my background in front of a large crowd of strangers. When I responded I am local, he proceeded to mockingly disparage what I was saying, as if he knows better? His behaviour was too comfortable towards a stranger; highly inappropriate in a shop setting. I am a confident female so I initially brushed off his shockingly rude and unnecessary manner and simply left, but frankly I haven’t stopped replaying the man repeating my answer a multitude of times to an equally confused and shocked crowd of female shoppers. Even upon re-telling this story to my partner, he agrees that the man should only speak about or in regards to his job and perhaps try and understand social cues a bit better! … I don’t think I shall be returning as long as this man prowls the shop floor… Attached is a pic of the skirt I purchased on my last visit.

    Very rude I used to love this shop but will never return. They wouldn't cancel an order and re- sold the item that I could no longer collect (bare in mind there was a very good reason why I couldn't do so) and they kept the money, I think it is disgusting they stopped replying to my emails just think it's very bad how a shop can act this way, they must be really hard up to refuse a £25 refund. I will be contacting my bank but they have deffo lost customer in me .
