Ordered two cardigans through Voodoo Vixen as a birthday present for my mum back in December. Received no email confirmation or order number, just the PayPal receipt was the only proof I'd bought something. Arrived on the day of the birthday, though delivery stated a smaller window. They were too large, so they were returned with the form to ask for smaller replacements. More than a week passes; again, no email confirmation or anything. I call up and ask about the status of the replacement. The return had arrived and they said it was being dispatched the next day. More than a week passes again and no communication again. Call up yet AGAIN and they say they're "not sure returns have the package". We had proof from our tracker that it arrived. Absolutely ridiculous, so I asked for a refund. They did process the refund, but what a giant waste of time. Highly unprofessional, and shouldn't be outsourcing their customer service as they seemed to have no idea what was going on.
