   Order a ceiling light from in store. There was a delay in arriving. However Anita went above and beyond to rectify the issue. She was absolutely amazing on how she handled the issue, with regular updates and assurances. Anita is an asset to the Next store in Bluewater! Thank you Anita you’re a star!

   I went to pick up some bras I’d ordered and that went very swiftly and efficiently. Then I wanted to return some of them and I was able to do it immediately, via dropbox in store. Again very slick, once someone had shown me where the actual box was to drop the items, having scanned them!

   Hannah on checkouts - rude! They’ll all moan when jobs are lost because more and more people shop online. Learn to prioritise. Thursday afternoon, the store is quiet - putting cubes back onto hangers whilst stood behind the till can wait until you’ve served the 3 customers in the queue!!! Bad attitude!

   Decent quality products at a price reflective of that. Not cheap but not bank breakingly expensive. A fair value. The store itself is laid out well and it was easy enough to locate items. Staff were friendly when asked for assistance and didn't keep pestering me as I roamed around the store.

   Very disappointed with the service my wife received. Tried to return an item that wasn't fit for purpose, unworn but washed prior to initial use. Next would not accept. If it's going on a baby then I'm going to wash it before we use it. If the poppers don't work then that's not something we've done... ridiculous. Will never be shopping at Next again after this sort of treatment by a big name. Will advise others to do the same. Avoid

   Really good place to buy clothes especially during the sale where most of their clothes are half price. The brand is really good with good range and variety. They do really nice kids clothes as well and always get most of kids shopping during the sale. Must visit this shop if in bluewater for clothes.
