Popped in here ... wished we hadn't. Disappointing but ok if you're really hungry (we were). Bit annoyed to pay 2.80 for this multipack can of Diet Coke, but we were exhausted so didn't raise it. Clean, decent speed of service, waitress was good.

Don't be fooled by the bloke who stands on the street coaxing you in. His persona changed as soon as you sit down and he's "got you". The table next to me requested some items removing from their meal when they ordered and they arrived with them on. When they told the bloke they asked for their meal without, he sighed and said "I can take it back for you if you want or you can leave them". He acts all nice when he's coaxing you into the cafe but as soon as you're sat down he changes to someone who wants your money and has zero customer service. The food is terrible defrosted muck sponsored by farm foods I'm sure! If you want the Basil Fawlty experience then by all means try this place. But if you want edible food and want to feel like you've got your money's worth go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs, go to Pave or any of the other cafes on that street they're much friendlier along with friendly staff and great tasting food.

This was the first place we saw when we arrived. We were really hungry so thought we'd give it a try. Big mistake! The breakfasts were served till 11.30 but it said they were flexible. They weren't, it was 12 o'clock but I couldn't have the scrambled eggs on toast. I picked a BLT which arrived on barely toasted cheap white bread. Bacon was like cardboard. 2 of us had sausage, egg and chips. The chips were overcooked fries, not chips. This needs to be stated on the menu. My husband commented on these and was told that's what you get. Long live good customer service! Avoid this place, there's much better places further down the street and cheaper as we found out.

We did a day trip over to Haworth and was browsing the shop next door when the lovely owner told us about his cafe and advised child friendly. We say outside and a lovely day. Good choice of menu although no poached eggs as requested but I had a bacon roll which was lovely, we had chips, scrambled eggs on toast and a couple of hot drinks. All very nice. The owner was super nice and chatty. Inside was a lovely quaint tea room with gorgeous view. Toilets were very clean with plenty of toilet roll. Great spot and we were happy with our experience.

I arrived in Haworth as a very hungry and tired solo traveller from Oxford and unexpectedly discovered this place. I was greeted very warmly by the owners. They accommodated me on a big table with the view of the hills even on a very busy Easter weekend morning. The whole atmosphere is so in line with the town's Brontë history, posters of Bronte films and books. I've a small appetite so just ordered buttered toast, fries and hot chocolate and sometimes the simplest things, if well prepared, taste heavenly. That's what I felt about eating here - comforting, generous, warm food on a windy morning. Had a very friendly chat with the owner at the end. I found the pricing to be lower than what most places offer.

Only called in because fish shop was no longer eating in. The gentleman enticed us in with his 'persuasion ' decided to give it a go. Ordered tuna jacket potato with side order of chips 'which were frozen French fries'. Plates far too small for the meal. He was all over us when we went in but he did not make conversation with us whilst we were there. Went to pay and asked us for cash!! We paid with card, but it was obvious he wanted cash!! Didn't make conversation with us even though we tried. Over priced for what we got!!!! Will make sure we ignore his persuasion to attempt us in next time we visit haworth, which by the way we love .

Wonderfully located at the top of the hill, this café has a marvellousl seating area that gives fine views out to the rear. The menu is varied and the prices decent and there is a healthy amount of football memorabilia adorning the walls. It's always clean inside and the staff are friendly. Recommended.

We have passed this place before, wish we had today. We had the Yorkshire pudding roast + dessert big mistake. The Yorkshire puddings are frozen, roast potatoes are frozen, tinned peas and carrots. And the dessert is even worse a bowl of slop, watery custard and tiny Bakewell tart. We did consider going somewhere on way home instead of here, how I wish we had. Please please save your money spend an extra £10 and go next door.

Overly enthusiastic waiter , cramed us in . Very bland tuna salad and the rest of the menu was no better . Overcooked fries that were advertised as chips . Menu wasn't updated as grapefruit juice "hasn't been sold for 2 years as there is a world wide shortage" Rushed out . Charged extra for using credit card. Wished we'dgone to the pub opposite .
