From start to finish, the whole experience has been nothing short of exemplary and I cannot recommend highly enough. This was a considered purchase for us, but all our questions / concerns were answered quickly in a professional manner which gave us the re-assurance we needed. We nipped in to the new Aga shop in Hebden Bridge as we were curious about having an Aga to replace our knackered Rangemaster after nearly 20 years of service. We were met by Jaime who was so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Jaime was able to talk us through all aspects of owning a relatively economical electric Aga which we ultimately chose. From start to finish, the process couldn’t have been easier - From ordering the correct specifications, to organising delivery of our new cooker and disposal of our old one. We can’t stop looking at it and it has very quickly become the heart of our home. If only we could get past our dogs hogging the front of it, we cook, dry and keep warm with our new Aga.

Lucky to get 1 star . Terrible customer service. Bought a cooker July 2020 , would not Recommend the company at all . Aga now have told me to deal direct with them and not to get in touch with Whites . Would not buy from this company again . Update - Jamie did contact me and explained her situation and she asked me to take my both my reviews down this one and one I had put on Facebook & to compensate she’d send me some vouchers …. I took the Facebook one down and then she blocked me from commenting & no vouchers to date …. We’d also had a few issues which she said she’d chase and after her sob story I believed that she would and once again she never did & I got in touch with Aga myself . I didn’t go into depth with the service we received but it was shocking . No pre site inspection, cooker delivered without prior warning , she was chasing delivery details and the cooker was already at our house . Fitted cooker 4 weeks after they’d delivered , fitted incorrectly , came back 3 weeks to try again and damaged a fitting which I had to buy as they didn’t send me one . On the second attempt of realigning the cooker and hot cupboard they never checked the wiring and few weeks later we nearly had a fire as the wiring wasn’t connected properly to the terminals . Shoddy workmanship and no communication . At the end of the day I bought a cooker , I didn’t buy into their personal issues . Not professional at all .
I have to agree with Alison. Terrible from start to finish. I more or less had to Harass Jamie to reply to any of my calls. In the end she did mention the reason why and that she had problems. I sympathised but have still heard nothing back although she mentioned she would call me when things were better. That was over a year ago. I bought a£12.000 cooker which was very scary to say the least. No one came out to measure or check all was ok for fitting and I was Also advised that I didn’t need a plinth for under the Aga. When the Aga team came they asked me why there wasn’t one. Very poor service and correspondence
Initially I approached Dale at White's AGA for some general advice about which AGA to purchase after reading some of his social media posts. At the time I didn't realise they sell UK wide. He was incredibly helpful and after a pretty poor experience at our local AGA showroom, we decided to purchase from White's AGA. As I was preparing the kitchen myself prior to installation I messaged Dale several times in the weeks leading up to delivery. He was always responsive and very helpful with queries. Jaime was also incredibly helpful in the run up to installation and after a minor mix up with AGA managed to get our installation pushed through on time. Whilst AGA may not have the best reputation for customer service, I am completely confident that in the future should any issues arise Jaime and Dale will be continue to be very helpful. All in all, excellent service. Highly recommended.
We have used aga white services for our annual services and cleaning since 2004. On moving we have decided to re install an aga in our new home. Dale and Jamie have been fantastic in sourcing an aga to recondition for us. We have been very impressed with the accessibility of this team. Free advice on tap. Home visits to assess and discuss requirements always available. Still impressed after all these years with their knowledge and enthusiasm for AGA cookers. Dale is a perfectionist and we are so happy we have chosen him to renovate and install our new aga. Would highly recommend Dale for any call outs and services required as he beats local competition hands down.
I have used Whites for servicing and cleaning my Aga for many years. Dale and Jaime are always friendly, professional and go out of their way to fit me in when I’ve had a problem between services. They provide a fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the good work!
