   Lady at the till was extremely helpful after I blew 15 speed cameras to get there 2 mins before counter closer most people just tell you jog on but she tried her best to help unfortunately parts not sold anywhere but big respect for trying esp when I’d gone over by 10 mins of the allocated service time

   This branch is run by a bunch of circus clowns. One says one thing another one says another thing, and they make you just run around and waste your time. I will do my best to avoid them in the future.

   Very disappointed with TPS Parts in Birmingham (B64PJ). I travelled nearly 50 miles to get here and even rang ahead to confirm – they told me “as long as you walk in before 6pm, we will serve you.” I walked in at 5:49pm and nobody was at the counter, they were all in the back chatting. At 5:55 a staff member named Jervey came out and refused to serve me, saying “we’re closed” and that he doesn’t get paid after 6. It was still within opening hours and I had been reassured over the phone, yet they still turned me away. Poor customer service and a complete waste of my time. I would strongly advise avoiding this branch if you value reliability and professionalism.

   Use to be open to public not anymore , have to be in the trade. Needed a part for my car thought as royal mail employee just round the corner they might allow me to order the part but was told trade only. Shame really as there's potential business just round the corner..

   Always 5⭐️service from shaf. Is always friendly face to face & over the phone. Has a big smile on he’s face when he is serving. He is very knowledgeble, he knows what i need before i ask for the part. Top lad very helpful only reason I’m going to TPS :)

   I have been coming here for years but for the 1st time I have change my mind about customer serivce. I was served by Shafaqat Hussain and his trainee. Very friendly and professional and main difference is serving with smile which we don't practice generally.
